Season Points Race

Rules and Fine Print

NPT Season Format

All players must contribute $5 (manditory) at the start of each night.

Weekly Points are awarded by the following formulas:

Each player's "Total Points" are a sum of their 15 best weeks during the season.

Standard Thurday Night Cash Games: Weekly Points = ($ Profit) / ($10)

Mid-Season $50 Major: Weekly Points = As Noted

The player(s) with the Highest Total Points win entry into:

Grand Final $80 Major: Weekly Points = As Noted

Niagara Fallsview Poker Classic $1100 Buy-in Tournament (Feb 2015).

** cash games on the side during Major tournaments do not count toward points race.

(The number of winners is determined by the prize pool value. See below.)

Players in attendance each week receive 1 NPT Share

Ties in total points are broken by highest points earned in a single night. Then by next highest, etc.

If a player has less than 10 shares at the end of the season, their shares are forfeited.

Fallsview qualifiers must agree to a 10% Kickback of any tournament winnings.

If a player owns 10+ shares, they are entitled to a percentage of the Kickback.

Fallsview qualifiers must forfeit all NPT shares.

Player Payout = Kickback x (# shares owned) / (# total shares in play)

Fallsview qualifiers must cover any additional tournament entry costs above $1100. (i.e. If the casino raises the price)

Fallsview tickets are non-transferable.

If a player owns 20+ shares, they are entered into an additional draw for prize money ($100 est).

Each week $2 is placed in the Royal Flush Progressive. No points awarded for a Royal Flush.

The House takes no rake or profit.

All remaining cash becomes part of the Prize Pool.

NPT Season Payouts (based on final total Prize Pool)

If prize pool is over $3,300

If prize pool is between $2,200 and $3,300

If prize pool is under $2,200

Players with the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Highest Point Totals win entry into:

Players with the 1st & 2nd Highest Point Total win entry into:

Player with the 1st Highest Point Total will win entry into:

The first $100 of additional prize money (if any) goes to:

Random Draw (for players with 20+ shares)

The next $450 of additional prize money (if any) goes to:

The next $300 of additional prize money (if any) goes to:

The next $150 of additional prize money (if any) goes to:

Fallsview qualifiers for accomodations (up to $150 each)

Fallsview qualifier for accomodations (up to $150)

Remaining additional prize money (if any) goes to:

4th in Total Points = 75%

3rd in Total Points = 80%

2nd in Total Points = 80%

1st in Total Points = 20%

3rd in Total Points = 20%

2nd in Total Points = 5%
